The receiver shall be liable to account only tor those rcnts actually received. 21. Fottue Ad~ance~. Upon request by Borrower, l.e~der, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrawer. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes staling that said nota are secured hereby. At no time shall the pri~cipal amount of the indtbtodness securad by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage. excced the original amount of ~he Note plus USS.
