CORRECTIVE MORTGAGE ~
KNOW ALL MEN HY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned Mortgagors
hereby correct that certain mortgage, recorded in_O.R. Book 282, Paqe
1040, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said Mortgage
beinq dated February 17, 1978, and filed February 22, 1978, in the
original amount of $19,500.00, which Mortqage description is corrected
to read as follows:
Lot 1 and the South 12~ feet of Lot 2, and the _ ,
East S feet of vacated alley adjacent on the
West, Block 6, ALAMANDA VISTA, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 49,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND the above-described Mortqage with Citizens Federal Savinqs and Loan
Association of St. Lucie County,-is hereby corrected as set out herein
