Al1 other terms, conditions, and covenants contained in the note dated June 28, ~ 1977, and the security agreement dated June 28. 1977,~sha11 remain in full force and effect; and all terms and conditions contained in all other agreements, including, but not limited to, the guara~ty of Arthur O. Stone and S~irley Stone and the guaranty of Buning The Florist, Inc., held by The Dania Bank as an incident to the creation of the obligation by which Florists Clearing Network, Inc., became indebted to The Dania Bank, as aforesaid, shall remain in full force and effect. VI. ~ That for~divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the present outstanding principal balance of S45Q,000.00 due on the note dated June 28, 1977, hereinafter described, and in consideration of any and all sums due, or which may become due from Florists Clearing Network, Inc., a Florida corporation, to The Dania Bank, a Florida banking corporation, and in further consideration of the direct, positive and substantial benefits to be received both by Buning The Florists, Inc., a Florida corpor- ation, and by~Arthur O. Stone and Shirley Stone, husband and wife, and each of .them, individually, as the result of the iuodification and extension of the terms of the note dated June 28, 1977, as set forth herein, Buning The Florist, Inc., a Florida corporation, referred to in the within Article VI as the "l4ortgagor', and'Arthur O.
