THIS CAUSE came on to be heard via Mandate from the
Fourth District Cou~t of Appeals of Florida, dated February
23, 1978, reversing a certain Judgment of this Court in
favor of the Defendants, said Opinion and Mandate, remanding
the cause "with directions to enter judgment for Appellant
(Plaintiff) quieting title in her against the Small Claims
Court judgment and any right title or interest claimed
thereunder," and the Court, being otherwise advised in the
~ premises, it is thereupon

f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. That the Lis Pendens filed on April 11, 1974, in
i Official Record Book 226, at Page 94 of the Public Records

~ of Saint Lucie County, Florida, is hereby cancelled and

~ dissolved.

~ 2. That the Judgment of the Small Claims Court of
~ Saint Lucie County dated February 3, 1971 and the Final
~
~ Judgment of this Court dated July 1, 1976, as to the

~ below described real property and against Plaintiff, ANNIE
B. CULBERTH, be and the same are hereby cancelled anci hzld
