Public Records of Saint Lucie County so far as it-affects
the properties of the Plaintiff, and the so-called Deed
is hereby ad~udged to be null and void ab initio. ~
4. That all subsequent proceedings in favor of Defendants
pursuant to the Judgments heretofore entered be, and the~same
are hereby void and convey no right, title or interest to the
Defendants.
5. That the Plaintiff's title to said land be, and the

same is hereby quieted and established, and any claims or
rights alleged by Defendants, and each of them, be and the
same are hereby barred, removed and adjudged not to consti-
tute clouds upon the Plaintiff's title to said land.
6. That Defendants, and each of them, or anyone claiming ~
any right, title or interest to or in said lands through, by
or under them are hereby enjoined and restrained from asserting
or attemp~ing to assert any right, title or interest, claim or
demand_in or to said lands, or any part thereof.
