THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned judge on
Motion by the Third-Party Defendants to Dismiss the Third-
Party Complaint for failure to state a cause of action, and
on Motion of the Third-Party Defendants to Continue this cause
or alternatively to sever the Third-Party action and it appearing
to the Court that the parties have stipulated to the followir,g:
l. That the ~hird-Party Plaintiff, RITECO DEVELOPMENT
' CORPORATION, shall amend its Third-Party Complaint within

~ five days, and that the Third-Party Defendants, FREDERICK E.
