& TEEL, P. A., formerly Fee, P~rker & Fee, P. A., who hereby stipulate
and agree that the said Frank H. Fee, III be authorized to with-
draw as attorney of record in this cause for the said East Coast
Ltimber & Supply Co., by virtue of an irreconcilable conflict of
interest which now exists between said attorney and his client,
East Coast Lumber & Supply Co. .
