The Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors of VENTURE THREE~ I;~C. -
was held on Wednesday, February 8~ 1978 at the Recreation Hall. The
meeting was called~to order at 1:05 P.M. by President Paul L. Drinkard.
The following Board Members, Alternates and Constituent Board N:embers

li Mr. Drinkard announced that he had a call last week that l~omer Colson
~ and his attorney had signed the agreement to sett2e the~storage area
j lawsuit. The VENTURE THREE F~cecutive Committee went to our attorney
; on Monday and secured signatures to complete the documents. Date for ;
i meetings of lot owners to vote has been set for~March 3rd. -

` There will be a meeting on Monday. February 13th~ in the VF7TL'RE
~ THREE office, for the VEN'~URE THREE ~cecutive Committee to meet with
~ the new prospective buyers of the store. ~
The Executive Committee recently went to the tax appraisers and County
attorneys office in Ft. Pierce and will report on their findings at
the next Board of Directors meeting.
~ The Secretary, Mr. Cook. read the minutes of the last annual meetin~
held-on February 9~ 1977. Mr. Phillips made a motion to approve the
~ minutes, as read. Mr. Torregrossa seconded the motion.~ Unanimously
~ passed.

~ Mr. Drinkard rev~ewed ~the ny-laws~on election of officers. ~
~
~ Mr. Seelye requested clarification of By-laws and Articles of Incorp-
~ oration. Articles of Incorporation can only be changed by a lot
~ ~ owner vote. By-laws can be changed by Board of Directors vote and
~ approval by constituent association Boards. ~
~ .
Mr. Dedaker proposed that in the event there were two o~,.more nominees ~
~ for any office that voting be done by secret ballot. ~Sugge~t~on was
~ approved without formal motion. ~
