him during his Presidency of VENTURE THREE. ~
Mr. Dedaker made a motion that any two officers, elected today. be authorized~;
~ to sign checks~ including savings account and legal defense fund. Seconded ~
~ by Mr. Phillips. Unanimously passed. ~

~ safe deposit box. Seconded by Mr. Freitag and unanimously passed. `
