TNIS CAUSB was heard on this day, January 18, 1978, upon the Petition for Snforce-
~ent and Motion for Order of Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner being present in Open Court in person and not represented by counsel, and the
Respondent having appeared in person in Open Court and not having been represented by an
attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimoay of the parties and being fully
advised in the premises, it is therefore _
ADJUDGBD that MATTHEi~I GENOVESS had the financial ability to pay the sums herein-
after referred to and is nov adjudged guilty of aillful contempt of thia Court for his will-
ful failure to pay support payments as directed by order duly entered herein, a copy of which
is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is
ORDBRBD AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby sentenced to
serve thirtq (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the
26th day of January, A. D., 1978. ~
.PROVIDED, HO'WEVSR,~he may purge himself (either before or after incarceration) and
be reieased bq paying the siaa of $969.50 (arreara and costs) due from June 15, 1977 and due
~ as of this dat~ te the Clerk of the Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of hia
arrest. You and your duly authorized deputies are therefore

! ~ ORDERED to arrest the said MATTHEW GENOVESS on said date and deliver him to the

~ Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida for the execution of the above described judgment and

~ sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly aotified of his arrest.

~ FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent shall pay as child support the swu of
~ 530.00 on Wednesday, January 25, 1978, and $30.00 each and every week thereafter. Each pay--
~ ment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court in cash, cashier's check or money order. In
~ addition there is hereby asaessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
oayment made to the Clerk.
