FINAL JUDGMENT
OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRTAGE
~
This cause came on for trial on April 1978, and the
Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
~ and the subject matter of this suit; That the relation of Husband
and Wife now exists between the parties; and, That the marriage -
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
Zt is, thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between MATTHEW PRESTON and LYNN B. PRESTON
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and thg parties and each of
them are forever hereby freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
ex~sting between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement of the
parties, having been freely entered into, and admitted into evidence
before this Court, is hereby incorporated and made a part of this
Judgment. The Husband and Wife are Ordered to abide by all of the
prov~sions thereof as if it were made a part of this Final Judgment.
All provisions of said Separation and Property SettZement Agreement
are subject to enforcement by this Court as if it were a part of
this Fina1 Judgment.
3. LYNN B. PRESTON is hereby restored to her maiden name
of LYNN ELIZABETH BRERETON, and shall henceforth be known as '
LYNN ELIZABETH BRERETON as if the marriage of the parties had not
intervened.
