FINAL JUDGI~NT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 13th day of April, 1978,
and the Court having given full consideration fio all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
. and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and~
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is'thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marria~e between NEIL S.
BURD and NANCY WATERS BURD be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony theretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
(2) CUSTODY: Custody of STEPHANIE CHRISTINE BURD and
SHAWN MICHAEL BURD, minor children of the parties, is hereby award
ed to the Wife, NANCY WATERS BURD, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the Husband, NEIL S. BURD. -

(3) SUPPORT: Commencing on the day of ,
1978, the Husband, NEIL S. BURD shall pay to the Wife the sum of
Thirty ($30.00) Dollars per child each and every week for the
support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made
to the C1erk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the
Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of 52.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All _
paynents shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
