Property, including those past due. All rents collected by the raxiver shall be applied first to payment of the coats of
manageme~t of the Property and collection of rents, including, but ~ot limited to. teceiver's fees. premiums on receiver's ~

only for those rents actually received.

Mongage when evidencod by promissory nota stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amouat of the indebtedness secured by this Mongage. not including sums advanccd in aocordance herewith to protect the
