1. Decedent Sadie Oats Johnson, a resident of St. Lucie County, florida,
died on October 21st, 1976 and Letters of Administration.were issued to petitioner
on ~ecember 8th, 1977.
2. ?etitioner has Tulty aciministered the estate, by making payment of atl
claims and debts that were presented and by making provision for the payment of
all expenses of administration.
3. Petitioner has obtained and filed Non-taxabte Certificate and Receipt
for Estate Tax from the State of Florida, No.~A 38104 PP. ~
4. Petitioner proposes to make distributio~ of the assets of this estate
as set forth in the scfiedult of distribution attached as Exhibit A.

b. Petitioner fiies herewith a'.Jaiver of Accounting and Seryice of Petition

7. Any objections to the proposed distribution of assets must be filed
within 30 days.
Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof has been presented that
distribution has been made in accordance with the schedule of distribution an
- order be entered discharging Petitioner as Persor,~l Representative of this estate.
