1. Roosevelt Johnson is the sole heir at law of the decedent. .
2. Roosevelt Johnson as Personal Representative of the estate, hes performed
all acts necessary and proper in the administration of the estate and is entitled
to discharge upon making distritwtion and filing satisfactory evidence of
distribution. - f
