~ The petition of CRAIG ALBERT NELSON for discharge as Executor of the
' Estate of Eugenia Alexandria Nelson a/k/a Jean A. Nelson, deceased, was
heard this day, and it appearing from the averments in the Petition that:
1. Craig Albert Nelson and Phyllis Remie Dalland are the legatees
under the will of the decedent.
2. Craig Albert Nelson as Executor of the estate, has performed all
acts necessary and proper in the administration of the estate and is entitled
to discharge upon making distribution and filing satisfactory evidence of-
distribution.
3. Craig Albert Nelson now has on hand the followi.ng assets for ~

4. No objections have been filed, it therefore is ~

~ ADJUDGED that Craig Albert Nelson and Phyllis Remie Dalland are the ~
legatees under the will of Eugenia Alexandria Nelson, a/k/a Jean A. Nelson. `

and to surrender, transfer and assign the above assets in equal shares to
