ZNTRODUCTORY
1. The decedent, Lena Guidice, a resident of St.
_ Lucie County, died on June 5., 1977, and Letters of Administration
were issued to Petitioner on July 12, 1977.
2. Petitioner is the ~ole beneficiary under the
will of the decedent and is the only interested person in
these proceed~ngs.
3. Petitioner has fully administered.this estate,
by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all
claims and debts that were presented, any by paying or
making provision for the payment of all expenses of administration.
4. The compensation paid or to be paid to the
personal representative, attorneys, accountants, or other
agents employed by the personal representative is as follows:

5. All assets remaining after the payment of
claims, fees and costs have been delivered to Petitioner.

obligation for Florida Estate taxes. -
