7. Petitioner, in her individual capacity and as
the sole person having an interest in these proceedings,
hereby waives the filing of a Final Accounting and consents
to the entry of~an order discharging the personal representative

without delay, notice or hearing. ~
WHEREFOR, Petitioner requests that an order be
entered, discharging Petitioner as personal representative
of this estate. ~
