7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The~original of the decedent's last Will, dated
December 23, 1977, subscribed by Sarah L. McMullian and Vincent A.
Ll.oyd as attesting witnesses, accompanies~this Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that she be appointed personal representative
of the Florida estate of the decedent. ~ ~
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the~facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
