Lucie County, Florida, declare this instrument to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking all prior Wills made by me. '

I direct thaC all my just debts and fimeral expPnses,
expenses of my last illness and costs of administering my estate
be paid as,soon as practicable after my death.

I give my entire estate to my beloved sister, SARAH L.
McMULLIAIV, if she survives me. In the event that my sister ~
does not survive me, I hereby give my entire estate to my beloved
mother, LUCY i4: MATHER.

I hereby nominate and app~oint my beloved sister, SARAH L.
McMULLIAN, as my Personal Representatide to serve without bond
or compensation and I give and grant unto my Personal Representa-
tive full right and power to hold, mortgage, invest, reinvest,
se11, convey, pZedge and lease all or any portion of my property,
whether real, personal or mixed, tangible or intangi~le, wherever
situated of which I may die seized or possessed an d i further
give~and grant to my Personal Representative a right to other-
wise dispose of the assets of my estate at public or private sale
and upon such terms or conditions as she may see fit and the
further right to make, execute and deliver any and all contracts,
