7. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, including
exempt property, which is located in Florida, be distributed or
disposed of as follows; there being no other bequests;

Lots 14 and 15, Block 18, SUNRISE ESTATES, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page 75, of the Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

8. Petitioners are.unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil j

of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph~ 9 below.
9. Authenticated copies of death certificate, the Last Will
and Testament, and Letters entered in the Surrogate Court of the
Judicial District of~York, Province of OnCazio, Canada are filed
herewith and accompany this Petition. - f
10. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. ?
Petitioners request that the above authenticated copies be
admitted to probate and that an order of AncilZary Adminis~ration
be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in
Florida in accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 7 of

this Petition. ~
