ADJUDGED, that there be immediate distribution of the assets

ADJUDGED FURTHER, that the persons to whom specified parts of
the decedent's estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled
to receive and colleet the same, and to maintain actions to enforce
the right. -
ADJUDGED FURTHER that debtors of the decedent, those holding pro- ~
perty of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other pro- '
perties of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered

to.comply with this Order by paying, delivering and transferring to i

the persons specified above that part of the decedent's estate as- S

signed to them by this Order, and such persons shall not be account- ~

able to anyo~e else for that property., ~
