The petitioner, ROBERT A. PAULSON, alleges: o ~

1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
sole beneficiary. Petitioner's name and address~are ROBERT A.
PAULSON, 11202 North Miller Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260,
and the name and address of the petitioner's attorney are as
set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, GRACE J. PAULSON, whose last known address
was 1120 Rosedale Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on March
27, 1978, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and at
the time of death, decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the name of the sole beneficiary
