LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, GRACE PAULSON, of St. Lucie County Florida, being of sound
and disposing mind and memory, do.make, publish and declare this.
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills
by me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise and bequeath
.all of the property, both real or personal, of which I may die
seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the time
of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as fol.lows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all
of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease
as is practicable.
SECOND: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my property, ~
whether real, personal, or mixed, I give, devise, and bequeath
unto my son ROBERT A. PAULSON, to have and to hold unto himself
absolutely forever.
THIRD: I hereby constitute and appoint my son ROBERT A.
PAULSON to be Executor of this my~Last Will and Testament, and
request that he not be required to give bond for the proper dis-
charge of his duties as Executor. ~
IN WITNESS Wf~REOF,"I have hereunto subscribed my hand and
seal, and publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will
and Z~estament in the presence of the witnesses hereinafter named,
on this the ~ day of December, in the ye,,~r of our-~Lord,

The above and foregoing instrument was subscribed by the said
GRACE PAULSON in our presence, and acknowledged by her to each
of us, and she at the same. time.declared the above instrument as
subscribed by her to be her Last Will and ~estament, and we, at
her request, have signed our names in her presence and in the
presence of each other, on this the day of December in
the Year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-Five.
