6. The n~ture and ~pproximate value of the assets in this estate are: Real estate and
tangible and intangible personal property with a value of over
$60,000.
7. After the exercise of reasunable diligence, petitiuner is unaware of any unreroked wills
or codicils of decedent. ~
8. ERROL S. WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, parents of
deceased, are sole heirs of the estate and it is requested that bond
for the pe~sonal representative be waived, in.accordance with the
Petitior_ to Waive Bond of personal representative filed herewith.
Petitioner reyuests that ERROL S. WILLES _ be appointed
person~t representative of the estate of the deceden~ without bond . ~
Under penalties of perjury I leclare that I have read the foregoing and the facts alleged are
