ForecYosure on its Complaint is hereby granted.
3. The mortgaqe and security aqreement aued upon by the
plaintiff in this cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the
property hereafter described and the mortqage and security agree-
ment are in default as alleged in the Complaint. ~
4. There are due to the plaintiff the following sums:
