ORDER BE-SETTING CASE FOR TRIAL 4~,~
- The above cause previously set for trial on Friday, April
?,-~1978 was continued due to illness of the undersigned Circuit
Judge. It appearing that this cause remains at issue and ready
for trial and should be re-set for trial, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AidD ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Trial of the above styled cause is hereby set for
Tuesday. May 16, 1978 at 9:00 o'clock A.~. in Court Room "C" of

~ the St. Lucie Countg Court House in Fort Pierce, Florida.

~ scheduled trial on April 7, 19?8 are herebq ratified, confirmed
and validated and each of said witnesses so subpoenaed are hereby
ordered to appear pursuant to said subpoena on Tuesday, May 16,
1978 at the time and place of trial above specified without the
necessity of serving an additional witness subpoena upon them.
A duly certified copy of this Order shall be mailed to each such
