a national banking association organized and existing under the laws
of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort- t
gaqes") being more particularly described as follows; (i) Mortgage i
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortqage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Boak 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other~good and valuab~e
„ considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby.ac-
~ knawledged, does hereby remi.se, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
r-,~s discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
,v Mortgages unto the Mortqagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
tain ortion of the Premises encumbered by the Mortgages more
particu arly described as follows:

That certain Condomi.niwn Parcel, bein.g Unit No. 204, a Condo-
a M minium in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condi-
tions, restrictions, terms and 'other provisions of that "De-
~ o~ claration of Condominium for Hutchinson Island Club, a Condo-
oc~ ~ minium" recorded~in O.R. Book 254, page 2128, et. s~., Public
Records of said County and all Amendments thereto, Yncluding
~'b' an undivided interest in the Common Elements of said Condominium
as set forth in said Declaration, as amended.

This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
a 3~ security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

~ a Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and

fect, li~n, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the
