of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-.
gages") being more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259,'paqe 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortqaqe and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cu~ed by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
YLLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"j,
in consideration of_TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
. considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
~ knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h~s discharge from the lien, security interest and_opera~ion of the said
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
