• KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS~ That the undersigned, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF' THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE~
FLORIDA~ A municipal corporation under the laws of the State of ~.~4~
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey 'S~
and grant to ~he CITY OF FORT PIERCE FLORIDA for the use and ,
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privilege ~
and easement to operate and maintain a sanitary force main across
the following described Zand in St. Lucie County Florida, to wit:
The North 10' of the following described property:
The South one acre of the North 622~ feet of the South 103'1~ feet
of the East 210 feet of tne West ~ of the Southeast ~ of the
Northwest ~ of Section 21, Township 35, Range 40 East, con-
taining 3 acres more or Iess; subject to any Rights-of-way for
drainage canals or public raads.
EXCEPTING THEREF'ROM the North 139 feet of the South one (1)
acre of ~he North 622~ feet of the South Z0373f feet of the -
East 210 feet of the West of the Southeast ~ of the Northwest ~
of Section 21, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, ALSO the North
1.58 feet of the South 485 feet of the East 210 feet of the
West ~ of Southeast ~ of the Northwest ~ of Sectian 21, Township
35 South, Range 40 East.
_ SUBJECT to any rights-of-way for drainage canals or public roads.
ALSO EXCEP~ING THEREFROM: The East 25 feet of the above-described
parcel as a public road right-of-way.~
with the righ~ to go upon said land from time to time as may be nec- ~
essary to construct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent
structures shaZl be placed or installed on said easement.
