PETITION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
The undersigned as personal representative of.the above
estate alleges: .
1. The decedent, GARLAND HAYES a/k/a GARLAND HAYES, SR.,
a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on Septeinber 11, 1977,
and Letters of Administration ~aere issued to Petitioner on October ~
20, 1977. -
2. Petitioner has filed and published a Notice of Admini-
stration in this estate. As of the date of this petition no claims
have been filed against this estate.
3. Petitioner proposes to make a partial distribution of
real property of this estate to the sole beneficiary, BESSIE R. HAYES,
whose address is 606 Georgia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.
4. The description of the real.property to be distributed
is as follows:

Beginning at the N. E. corner of Lot 1, Block 14
of FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION running West
approximately 280 feet ~o the N. W. corner of Lot
5, Block 14 of FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION .
thence run North on a line which would be a
continuing line of the Western boundary of Lot 5,
Block 14 if extended a distance of 88 feet more
or less to the Southern bank of Fort Pierce Canal {
a/k/a Moore's Creek thence run East a].ong the
Southern shore of ~:oore's creek to a point equal
to the Eastern boundary of Lot 1, Block 14~if ~
extended, thence run South 86 feet more or less to
a point of beginning, less and excepting therefrom
the West 10 feet of the above described property,
all in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. The sole beneficiary, BESSIE R. HAYES, is the surviving
spouse of the Decedent and is in need of the aforesaid real. property.
