ORDER FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
On the petition of STEVEN HAYES for an Order for Partial
Distr~bution in the above estate, the Court finding that all
interested persons, have been served with the petition; that the
material allegations of the petition are true; that the decedent
was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida, at the time of death;
and that~BESSIE R. HAYES is the-surviving spouse of~the decedent
and the sole beneficiary of decedent's estate and is entitled to ~
the following property:
Beginning at the N. E. corner of Lot 1, Block 14
of FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION running West
approximately 280 feet to the N. W. corner of Lot
S, Block 14 of FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
thence run North on~a line which would be a
i continuing line-of the.Western boundary of Lot 5,
f Block 14 if extended a distance of 88 feet more
~ or less to the Southern bank of Fort Pierce Canal
; a/k/a Moore's Creek thence run East along the
~ Southern shore of Moore's creek to a point equal
¢ to the Eastern boundary of Lot 1, Block 14 if
~ ~ extended,.thence run South 86 feet more or less to
~ a point of beginning, less and excepting therefrom
the ~Jest 10 feet of the above described property,
all in St. Lucie County, Florida.

ADJUDGED that BESSIE R. HAYES is the surviving spouse of
the decedent and sole beneficiary of the decedent's estate and is
entitled to the above-described real property, subject to any
perfected security interests therein, if any;
~ ADJUDGED FURTHER that the personal representative of this

~ estate is authorized and directed to deliver the above-described
~ real property to the decedent's surviving spouse, and, upon compliance
