LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The South 166.0 ft. of the North 731.0 ft. as lies East of the 50 ft
Right-of-Way of Seminole Road, as now occupied and established,
except the South 90.0 ft. of the West 270.4 ft., thereof, of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 34
South. Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; containing 4.400
acres and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
From a point of reference, being a concrete monument at the inter-
section of the East line of the SO ft.,Right-of-way of Seminole :
Road, as now occupied and established, with the North 2ine of '
Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida; run thence Southerly along the said East right-of-way
line, a distance of 565.0 ft. to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description;•thence Easterly and parallel with the North line of'
aforesaid,section 23, for a d~stance of 1300.9 ft. to the East
line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Idortheast 1/4 of said Section 23,
as now occupied and established;~thence Southerlq and parallel , ~
with afvrementioned Seminole Road, and along the East line of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 23 for a distance of
166.0 ft.; thence Westerly and par.allel with the aforesaid North
line of Section 23 for a distance of 1030.9 ft.; thence Northerly
and parallel with.aforementioned Seminole Road for a distance of
90.0 ft.; thence Westerly and parallel with the aforesaid North
line of Section 23 for a distance of 270.0 ft. to the aforesaid
