Said lands being the balance of that certain tract received by
Floyd A. Burdick and Lois A. Burdick, his wife, from J. W. Sneed
and Emma Sneed, his wife, by warranty deed dated April 28, 1960,
and recorded in Deed Book 257, at page 604, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, said Floyd A. Burdick, et ux, having
previously deeded a portion of said original tract obtained from
the said Sneeds to Howard L. Apperson and Doris M. Apperson, his
wife, said deed being recorded in Off icial Record Book 78, at page
415, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
