O R D E R
TI~IS CAUSE came on before this Court upon the wife's
request for temporary relief. From the testiinony presented in
Court, the husband has a take home pay of ~520 per month. He
receivea $116 on~an average for working overtime and in addition
at a part time job at the power plant he receives $140 per month.
Obligationa from the marriage, per month including the wife's

~ rent, axe $433. His obligations per month he testified are $275

~ plus rent of $60. The obligations total $768 per month leaving

~ a balance of $8.00 of income over and above expens~s. This Court
~
recognizes that there is a need for the wife and children to be
fed and clothed. Conversely, what more can be ask of the husband
by his working overtime as well as an additional part time job.
From an economic stand-point, it appears that the major constant
expenses could and should be reduced, i.e, her rent, his car.

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. The husband shall pay the following obliqations each
~ and every month: Sears -$55; car insurance -$37; All State -$17;
~ electric - $20; phone - $25; salt - $10; Firestone - $40; Master
