1. That TBRRY FRANKLIN TAYIAR ia in arreare $440.00 and waich said
aum defendant shall pay payments of a minimum of $150.00 per month.
2. That nothing herein changes or obviates Court's Order heretofore
entered thereby the defendant ahall continue eupport paymenta of $45.00 on Monday
of each week af ter date .
3. That upon the failure of the reapondent to promptly make said :

i payments, the petitioner maq file an affidavit-with the Clerk of thia Court to

upon the receipt of same, the Sheriff shall immediately take said respondent into .
