Costa, his wife, transfer- ring to the undersigned the following described real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: The South 16.66 feet of the North 36.40 feet of Lot 9 of Block 7 of CORAL COVE BEACH SUBDIViSiON and the EaSt 10 feet of a vacated alley adjacent thereto on the West as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 308 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
