SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED -

THIS INDENTURE, made this the lOth day of APril , 19 `ja
~by and between STOCKTON, WHATLEY, DAVIN &~COMP~IY, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called Grantor,
and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPt~NT of Washington, D.C., his
successors and assiqns, hereinafter called Grantee.
. WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of~Ten Dollars~(510.00) in hand paid by Grantee an3 other valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants, bargains,
and sells to the said Grantee, forever, the following described lands in the
