Together with atl structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profts of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and - retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
j after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
; lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the
! realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.

j ~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
~ Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
~ The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or ~
~ such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the title to
~ said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.

~ PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mort~agor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory
~ note of even date herewith, made by the Mortgagor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the

~ ments to principal and interest of a 279. 39 starting on the 1 st day of June

~ 19 , and if not sooner paid the final payment being due on the 1 st day of May

and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mortgagor to be

form of mortgage, which is incotporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then these presenta
~ shall be void and released at the expense of the Mortgago'r, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The

~ said blank or master form of raortgage was recorded on Februazy 13, 1970, in the Official R.ecords of the
~ Clerk of the G`ircuit Court of the following counties in Ftorida in the Official Records Volume and at the
~ page designated after the name of each oounty, to-wit: (except that it was recorded in Bradford, Brevard, _
~ Duval and Suwannee Counties on February 9~ 1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970)
