The undersigned hereby certify that the Board of Directors
of ISLAND HOUSE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation
not for profit, has duly approved of the sale of the following
described Condominium unit by David Suppes and Doris M.
Suppes, his wife, to Robert J. Snyders and Juanita Snyders,
his wife :
Apartment No. 106, Building IV, of ISLAND HOUSE CONDOMINIUMS,
Phase I, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all
exhibits thereto dated May 23, 1973, recorded May 29, 1973,
in O.R. Book 214, pages 1858 through 1933 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
