, EXTENSION AGREEMENT
TtiIS AGRE~MENT, maa~ the April 18, 1978 ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE CO~NTY, a Florida Banking Corporation,
~arty of the first part, and Mildred D. Brown, a widow
Parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, WHEREIIS, the said parties of the second part executecl
a certain promissory note dated January 13, 1978 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN Bl1NK OF' ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party ~
of the first par~, on order the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred ~

the first payment coming due April 18, 1978

WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the =
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the }
following described premises, to-wit: ~

Block 2, Sandra Court, St. Lucie County, Florida. ;
