shall remain in full farce and effect in all respects as if the said
payments had originalZy been paid as provided for in the original
note, and that nothing here~n shall effect or impair any rights
and powers which the said party of tl~e first part may have thereunder
for the recovery of the said Mortgage Debt with interest in the case
of non-fulfillment of this aqreement.
AND the parties of the second part hcreby covenant that they will
pay the payments as herein provided and the interest thereof at the
time specified; that they wi~ll ~erform and observe all the covenants,
agreements, stip~lations and conc'.itions on the part of the mortgagor
' in said mortgage contained in all respects as if the said payments had
been made accordinq to the terms of the mortgage.
