Together with all~ buildings, improvemenu, fixtures or apputtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed '

provided in the Supplemental Aqreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby wbrogated to the ~ighu of all
mortgagees, lienholde~s and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured.

ratus and equipment, and with all the riyhts and priviteges the~eunto belonging unto said mortgagee forever, for the uses
herein set fon!?, free f~om all rights and benefits under the homestead, exemption and valuation laws of any state,
which said rights and benefits said Mortgagor does hereby release and waive.
SUBJECT TO all of the covenanu and obligations of the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, as contained in a wpple-
mental agreement dated,_exeouted and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to said note and
