Upon acceteraGon under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property. Lendcr shall be entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a ewirt to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Properry and to collcct the rents of the
Property, including those put due. All rents collected by the receivcr shall be applied first to payment ot the costs of
management_ of the Propetty and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on receiver's
bonds and reasonabk attorney's fces, and then to the sums securcd by this Morigage. The rcceiver shall be liable to account
only for those rcnic actually received.
