Upon accekration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Pmperty, Lender shall be entitled to have a rcceiver appointed by a_court to ente~ upon. take possession of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the Property. iocluding those past due. Upon oequest by Borrower, I.ender, at Le~der's option within twenty years from the date of this Mortgage. may make Future Advanca to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with intercst thereon. shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are securcd hereby. At no time shall tbe prineipa{ amount of the indebtodnas securcd by this Mortgage. not including sums advanced in accordanoe het+ewith to protect the security of this Mottgage. exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS. 22. Reka~e. Up~ paymeat of all sums securod by this Mortgage. Lender shall r+elease this Mortgage without chuge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay aU costs of recordation. if any. 23. Altoney's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's fecs" shall include attorney's fees, if any, - which may be awuded by an appellate court.
