ment of the Property. have the right to coUect and retain such rents as t6ey become due and payabk. :
Upon accekration under paragraph 18 hereof or aba~donment of the PropeAy. Lende~ shall be entitkd to have a ;
roceiver appointod by a rnurt to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Pmptrty and to collect the rents of the
Propeny. includi~g thoae past due. All rents collxted by the roceiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of ,

21. Fotore Adva~ces. Upon request by Borrower, l.ender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this .
Mortgage. may make Futurc Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this :
