21. Rrttire Aa~a~cea. Upon r~uest by Borrower, lxnder, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mongage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Futurc Advances, with interest thereon. shall be secured by.this
Mortgage when evideocod by promissory notes stating that said notes arc secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtodnas secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the '

22. Release. Upqn payment of all sums socured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge
