Upon acceleration under puagraph 18 hereof or abandonme~t of the Prope~ty. Lender shall be entided to have a
receiver appa~ted by a court to enter upon. take pouession of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the
Property. including those past due. All rents collectod by the recYiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of tl~e Property and coltection of rents, including, but ~ot limited to, receiver's fees, pnmiums on receiver's
bonsfs and reuonabk attorney's lees. and the~ to the sums secured by this Mortgage. 7he roceivtr shall be liable to ascount
only for those rents actually received.
