THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Motion to Withdraw t

and to Cancel and Reset Trial and the Court having examined Motion of ;

Counsel for Defendants and Cansent of Counsel for Plaintiff, it
is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as folZows:
1. Motion to Withdraw o£ Counsel for Defendants be and
the same is hereby granted. ~
2. Motion to Cancel the Trial date heretofore set for
April 20, 1978, at 9:30 A.M. be and the same is hereby granted.
3. Trial of the above cause before the Court is hereby
reset for June 21, 1978, at 9%~ ~ M., in Courtroom ~ ,
St. Lucie County Courthouse. No continuance will be granted except
upon written Motion showing good cause or upon the Court's Order.
PreTrial Conference will not be called unless requested by either
party within sufficient time to give the twenty (20)~days notice
required by Rule 1.200.
4. The Defendants, if they wish to do so, shall employ
counsel to represent them in this cause in order to be prepared
for trial on the date hereinabove set.
5. Copy of this Order and further pleadings in this
cause shall be served upon the Defendants by mail at AGEEB COMPANY,
