ripened into a good title under Florida Statutes, Section

4. The Cloud on the Plaintiff's title to that land
cause by the fact that a diligent search of the Public
Records of St. Zucie Count9 fails to reveal the record ~
of a conveyance from the defendants, is removed.
5. All claims, rights and titles to that property ~
and interests in it of the defendants, BERTHA riAHONEY, AI,ICE
DIAZ, JAh1ES MAHONEY, RITA GUTOWSRI, MI?1DREN NEIL, FLORENCE
GRAF, EILEEN 0'F~ARA, SISTER MARY DF.LORES s/k/a AELEN MAAONEY
and STELLA MAHONEY, if alive_, and if head their unknown
heirs, devisees, grantees and all other parties claiming ~
b9, through, under and~against them; all parties having or
claiming to have a right, title or interest in that
propert~; and all persons claiming by, through and under - _
the defendants since the filing of the Notice of Lie Pendens z
are cancelled.

the Plaintiff has good fee simple title as against those mentioned
